Ananya has completed Levels 1 & 2 of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She has worked in edtech, hospitals, and schools, providing confidential 1:1 counselling services and conducting workshops. Ananya addresses issues like prioritisation, managing distractions, relationship concerns, procrastination, anxiety, and emotional management. Besides her professional work, Ananya is a national athlete and has a passion for travel and meeting new people.

Shivanika is a Clinical Psychology PHD Research Scholar with 5+ years of practical experience working with adolescents and adults in a clinical setting. She has expertise in coaching, counselling, and conducting workshops, and is a PeakMind PRIME skills framework certified coach and trainer. With a focus on holistic and positive psychology, Ms. Shivanika develops individualised plans for clients to aid in positive lifestyle and behavioural modifications.

Waheeda Fatima is an Organisational Psychologist with a Masters in Applied Psychology. With experience as a Counsellor for Covid-19 patients and adolescents, she specialises in QPR Suicide prevention, CBT for Social Anxiety, and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy. Her approach is holistic and client-centered, with a focus on emotional and behavioural disorders.
